This would depend largely on team need. I could see Penny making a jump this year

Kerryon easily. Penny’s best case scenario is RBBC and can we all please quit overrating Watkins. Kerryon is the man in Detroit. I don’t care how thin you are at WR. There is no way in hell I part with Kerryon for that.

Kerryon. I like penny alot but I do not care for walkins at all.

I like all 3 and think Watkins could be in for a really solid year of Hill is gone but I'd rather have Kerryon, I still think he has the highest upside of all these guys. With Penny you're accepting a RB2 ceilings unless Carson gets hurt.
