I don't think the gap between the two is as big as most do, but the 2.9 and Murray do zero for me as pieces I would want to bridge that gap.

I say Evans in a vacuum, but if you're desperate at RB I might see it. Cooper looked good with the Cowboys last year. Gap between Evans and Oakland Cooper is bigger than Evans and Dallas Cooper for me. 2.9 pick does not factor in at all. Murray is a gamble, but if he can produce anything close to Ingram, he could be a nice value for an RB starved team. Do not do this if Murray will be a depth piece, but if you are desperate for a starter it might pay off.
