Drop anyone for Moncrief? (update- Bigger deal)

Davis or Kelly I guess if you really wanted him, but only reason I would pick up Moncrief is if I thought I could trade for him just about anything.

Considerign Moncrief put up decent production in (one of ) the worst WR situations last year I certainly think he can have a shot at a WR2-3 type production (800-1000 yards) in Pittsburgh. I'd drop Kelly easily.

I ended up getting a better deal to open up a roster space.

I sent Trubisky and Mike Williams + my 2nd, 3rd and 2020 2nd for D. Watson
Basically got Watson and Moncrief for Trubisky and Williams. I don't get to play in the draft and my 2nd next year is tough but well worth it, or I think.

I don't understand this at all. In a 1QB, I don't see much of a difference between Watson and Trubisky. You basically downgraded from Williams to Moncrief and gave away two 2nds to do so...
