I'm all for trading down, but don't see that trade as worthwhile in a startup. You move down basically 2 rounds for a 7th and the rookie 1.03? Can you'r pick at 2.01 net you more value than that? the answer is pretty clearly yes.

Who went 1.11?

I'd still take a QB, but depending on who is available for QB I'd be willing to trade back a few picks, like the 2.5-2.6 range, and move up in some other rounds. Not really sure off the top of my head.

Otherwise grab the QB. You won't get another chance to get a stud QB and these QB will anchor your roster for years and years to come. RBs don't have nearly that lifespan in the NFL and WRs can pop up out of no where.

I like that idea. Or start a qb run and then turn around and flip your second qb when the guys at the back end of the second are sucking wind for one.

If you are building for the future then grabbing stud qbs is a great investment. If you are looking to win now then go with skill guys and get the aging qbs later.
