Mad league mates

Had another post but we made the trade simpler
Start up draft 12 team PPR Superflex snake
I have 1.12 and he was 1.02

Trade is done and we're getting tons of backlash from league mates asking if this trade is a joke? They're not happy. I'm not quite sure why.

Gave: 2.01, 3.12
Received: 1.02, 4.11

Honestly, I'd love to trade it back down to like 7, 8 get an extra third in the process. But I know the first guy is taking saquon. I'd be hard pressed not to take mahomes. I'm a WR guy though so trading down and getting a top receiver down a couple spots would be ideal.

Very true on the league mates part! Lol yeah it is Superflex and I'm not against going QB again at 1.12 and locking it up for awhile!

Clearly, your trading partner is an idiot. That is a pretty good deal for the 1.02 and I do think Mahomes is the top asset in a super flex.

Yup, with SB going 1st, take Mahomes 2nd. Then I bet you will have 1 of Luck, Watson, Wentz, or Baker sitting there for you (that's personally the rest of my top 5 in a startup) at 1.12

It's a bad trade but I'm a pretty firm believer unless its an over the top give away, 2 teams agreed on a trade...whats the issue?

thats a really bad trade your partner got nothing in return for letting you get a top 3 pick. how are you confused on why they would be mad?

1 round move up earlier is worth more than a 1 round move up later....every single time...but especially at the start where you are getting the highest scoring players.

how did you think it was fair? how did they think it was fair is an even better question...
