Agreed. It might make sense to overpay if you had a ton of depth and Hopkins were the last piece you needed for a title run, but given your roster, I'd hold onto Cooks and the 1sts.

Yup. Thats an overpay. I'd counter with 1.06 and 1.11. If he insists on the 1.1 I think 1.01 and 1.11 and cooks, and have him add either a 2019 or 2020 2nd.
