Looks okay to me. It comes down to Hilton + 1.01 + future 1st for Brown, which is definitely an overpay based on his declining value in the eyes of most owners, but it's not egregious. I still value Brown as a top-7 dynasty WR.

Sounds more like sour grapes / envy than anything else. Could the other guy have perhaps / probably gotten more by piece-mealing the players and picks? Yup. Is this a crazy lop-sided trade? Nope.
