I think I'd do the Henry trade.
I own AJ Green in a few leagues and its actually hard getting any return from him. I've tried to buy AJ in other leagues and it looks like owners are also never satisfied with offers. AJ has been a hold in most leagues so a return for Henry, 1.09 and 2.09 seems pretty good to me.
