I'd say that Julio is still worth around the 1.01, or at the very least an early 1st.

Definitely an early 1st. If I'm competing, I'd pay the 1.01. If I earned the 1.01 and my team is rebuilding, I'd rather have the pick.

I think Julio is more valuable than the 1.01 in a vacuum, but if I'm rebuilding, I can see the pick being better

If I'm rebuilding, an upside young player (think DJ Moore, Corey Davis, etc) plus a 2020 1st would be what I'd be looking for, or two 2020 1sts. I would also settle for 2019 1.1 plus maybe a 2020 2nd or something along those lines.

I lucked into basically flipping Julio for Juju and a 2020 1st (there were other pieces, but those were the relevant parts).
