Rebuild or One last push

Need advice!

I’m in a 12 team dynasty league with an ageing roster. To give you an idea, these are my strongest players.

QB: Brady, Big Ben
RB: Bell, McCoy, Hilton,
WR: Allen, Fitzgerald, Saunders, Brown
TE: Doyle, Thomas

I have the 1.01 pick this year also but the rest of squad is average!

Do I try to one last push with this squad or rebuild fully now?

I also have the option to trade my 2020 1st (likely as early pick) for 2019 1.11, 1.12 and 2.10? Thoughts on that trade?

I would rebuilde the whole thing.
And I would target 2020 1st.
