All in or not ?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

All in or not ?

Postby ravn88 » Wed Feb 06, 2019 8:26 am

My 2. Team in sig.

Would you send 2 x 2020 1st for 1.06 and 1.09 ?
And or Golladay for 1.03 ? Or maybe both 2020 for a 1.02/1.03

The 2020's could very well be 1.09 or later. We had 21 wins combined this Season.

Would you stay put, and get nothing from this class or go all in.?

I would not make either/any of those deals. Keep your 2020 1st's and Golladay.

I'm confused (and it might be that I am misunderstanding!).

If you're going all-in, then why are you trading Golladay away? If you're doing all-in, then why would trade away 2020 picks -- which are VERY valuable in-season trade chips for players! -- for 2019 rookies who are unlikely to be difference-makers for you this year?

If you are going all-in, then you'd be considering trading your 2020 picks for win-now players.

Again, I might be misunderstanding.

Going all in and sell Golladay would to get the Best RB in the class and then get 2 WR with the others picks and then have Better depth.

Not sure it’s on the table, but if you project a later 2020 1st, getting this years 1.06 would have my interest piqued. The 1.09 not so much
main league, half PPR, all TDs 6, -3 for INT

start 2SF, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2WRT

WR: JJ, AJB, A Cooper, Juju, C Kirk, J Dotson, N Westbrook-Ikhine, I McKenzie
TE. T Kelce, Pitts, Albert O, D Parham, J O’Shaunessy

I Think its a package deal. I dont get 1.06 without the other.

What About Going for the 1.02 with my 2 late 2020?

In that case, I'd respond this way: I would much rather have Golladay in 2019 than a rookie RB. But, I hear ya'.

As for the WRs, they rarely are starter-worthy their rookie years, so that doesn't strike me as convincingly as a win-now move.
