I think that's decent for Jones. He does way more good to your team than Shepard. The 7th pick this year could be really rough as well.
It depends who you ask about Jones. Some would say he's worth an early 1st. Some think he's a late 1st. I personally have him as a top 20 RB and that's worth close to early 1st for me

On the contrary, this seems very cheap for Jones. I certainly wouldn't sell him for that. I'd accept that quickly.

Like you said exactly. If you’re looking to win now, I’d take the Jones side. If you’re looking to build a better team long-term I’d favor Boyd. I think Aaron Jones is viewed more highly than Boyd rn though so the perceived value is on the side getting Jones.
