I think you could get a better haul for AB. Sutton will not fill the Wr hole AB would leave. Don't get too caught up with the Kittle hype. Don't get me wrong, he is good and will be a solid option next year but people have blown his value sky high.

yeah, i like AB more too...but for your team (no offense, but it looks pretty weak), i would definitely shop him...and i think you can flip Kittle for a decent haul if you want...
what does the other team roster look like...i honestly think that if that team doesn't have a really good backup TE, he won't trade Kittle

I'm of the opinion you would be lucky to get that deal but maybe im the minority. I just flipped him for Lindsay/Golloday/1.04

AB is quickly losing value. I'm not saying I'd take that deal, but it's almost now-or-never territory with AB (and Julio, too). He's almost to the Larry Fitz and Frank Gore dynasty value of the last few years...they had several more years in the tank but NOBODY would pay up for them for the last 3-4 years because they were "too old." Both had low WR1/RB1/2 caliber seasons after turning 30 but nobody wanted them.

You either need to ride AB into the sunset or sell him now. Keep shopping is my advice, maybe acquire some 2020 picks if possible.

I agree- Unless you are a strong contender for next year I'm selling AB. I would shop him around your league. If the best you can get is Kittle and Sutton I'd probably take it but I would think you could do better.

With your roster build, I would 100% move AB but I would look for the best package/most young upside talent coming back. You need help at RB, WR and TE.

Ignoring rosters for a sec... I own Julio and all this talk of his value dropping off a cliff (same goes for AB, I just don't own him) means that I'll likely just hold the bag on these guys. Their production has yet to drop off and I don't get why turning 30 will halt that. Being afraid of AB's landing spot is different, I get that... But if either of them hang around and put up WR1 numbers the next few years and WR2/3 numbers for 2 or 3 years after that... I'd feel pretty dumb to sell now for an undersized RB and a WR that could potentially put up WR2 numbers. I think the community tends to devalue these guys too soon, which can be the right thing to do in some cases... Idk man, that's just me...

All that said... With OP's roster I'd definitely look at selling older assets now for multiple players and picks
