Personally, I value all three main players involved here around the 1.01 or a very early 1st. I'd say that Mixon = Cooks >= Golladay > 1.02.
Assuming you were offered this, I would counter with Cooks + 2.05 or Golladay + 2.05. I'd throw in Ingram as well if need be, but the 1.02 on top of either WR would be a big overpay.

is too much overall. Mixon is a RB1. Helped me win champ. RB are harder to get than WR. So ya they are more valuable, but I would trade Mixon for this as I do it quick. This is an overpay. Mixon is very young so there is value there. Golladay has flashed but not a true WR1 yet, but could be. pick should provide for a stud WR or a good RB in this draft. Ingram is a backup to me. the 2nd rounder, whatever, does not move the needle.
With that said, you are weak at RB and very strong at WR so I see why you are doing it. Should not have to include Ingram or the 2nd rounder and the other pieces are a slight overpay. You might want to trade a stud WR to get a stud RB. I keep the 1.02 if possible and either take top RB or top WR in draft, but given your RB situation I prefer the RB. I just think there are better deals to be had before I would give this much for Mixon this early in the offseason. Also that 1.02 will gain in value closer to your actual draft so you are giving away value right now.
