yikes, you could use some depth, i think i would make the trade...Kerryon seems to be the guy in Detroit...Godwin is trending up and it would be nice to get another piece of the 2020 1st round picks...
it is really close though...and i wouldn't blame you for keeping Melvin

DeSean probably stays with the Bucs so Godwin is 3rd their for now. Kerryon is likely the top back but if he does not get better will likely be replaced or committee. I like him don't get me wrong, but you are trading a stud. Kerryon is not yet there. If you love him, then maybe. '20 pick needs to be top 3 or 4.

Other side is Gordon seems to get beat up every year and is questionable to be around come playoff time so how dependable is he.

So even with that risk, I think something needs to be added or I would not trade Gordon. But that is just me. And I do own Godwin.

So I think your team would be worse in 19, which may be beneficial since you would have a higher 20 pick which is loaded that year. I am assuming you're 1.2 or 1.6 was your team this year. If you trade I would think your 20 pick is early.
QB: Mayfield, Bridgewater, Fitzpatrick
RB:David Johnson, Mixon, Chubb, James Robinson, Mattison, K Vaughn
WR: AJG, K Allen, D Adams, JuJu, C Godwin, D Slayton, S Miller
TE: Engram, Kittle
K: Succup
Def.: Arizona

Champions 2006 and 2018. Second a few times in between, again in 2019.

No PPR. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB,WR,TE) 1K 1 1 Def
Drop 7 ea yr. 20 player roster with up to 2 IR

I love MG but he is always banged up in the playoffs just like Frisco86 stated. The knee injuries are piling up for him and I would rather sell him one year too early then one year too late. I sold AJG at the beginning of 2018 in a deal for Guice and Godwin and am glad I did. But that was before Guice tore his ACL.... haha
10 Team. PPR. 25 player roster. 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2 Flex, 1 SF, 1D
QB - Justin Herbert. Anthony Richardson. Geno Smith. Sam Howell.
RB - Saquon Barkley. JK Dobbins. Tony Pollard. Leonard Fournette. Kareem Hunt. Devin Singletary. Zamir White. Tyjae Sharp. Jaylen Warren. Jerome Ford. Zach Evans. Chris Rodriquez.
WR - AJ Brown. DK Metcalf. Chris Godwin. Deebo Samuel. Amon Ra St Brown. Courtland Sutton.
TE - Darren Waller. Pat Freiermuth. Evan Engram.

2024 - 1st. 4th.
2025 - 1st. 4th.

I'm fine with this trade, I like KJ's future and Godwins as well. How early is the 2020 1st projected?

He has the 1.6 this year. So I'd say a mid 1.

Moving Gordon is tough but the deal makes sense for your team. Studs are tough to come by though, so I would see what else you could get out of him.

I'm doing this unless Gordon is my flex option or something crazy and my team is stacked. Or if there's shallow starting requirements.

Otherwise, there's not a huge drop from Gordon to Kerryon. Age is a big factor and Kerryon is trending up. I'd bring in Gordon's injuries but Kerryon had a few also.

Kerryon is close enough that Godwin and a 1st are enough to move Gordon.
