I am wondering if I should be looking to acquire another good te. Our league is starting 2 tes for the first time this upcoming season. I thought I placed myself in a good position for this switch but now am having second thoughts. Should I try to combine a couple of the prospects I have with a wr and pick and try to upgrade or should I stay put for now.

What picks do you have in the upcoming draft? It's looking to be a fairly good draft at TE, and you maybe be able to still get TEs somewhat late if your leaguemates don't yet realize just how quickly the position dries up in 2TE leagues.

i only have the 15th overall pick and then some 5ths for some long shots. I am planning on going te or rb(there is 1 rb that i think is very undervalued that should be there when im on the clock) with that pick or using that pick with adds to upgrade.

I think you're okay at TE. There's only so many out there. Scoop a flier or two and hope they hit like Herndon. Depending on FA, i could easily see Harris finishing as a low end TE1.
