I would make that deal, leaves you in good shape at RB. You take a hit at WR, but I think it's worth it

Cook = Hilton + 2.08
Kupp > Davis

Personally I'd keep Hilton + Kupp, but it's fairly close value-wise. I know some still like Davis quite a bit.

Value wise - I'd accept this.

For your team sake - I'd say hold. You'll be fine with Kamara, Kerryon and LF at RB. More than fine if you ask me. Losing 2 starting receivers and having to bank on starting Davis every week is what makes me pause on this.
Team 1 - Super Kamario Bros (12 Team - PPR) ( QB -1 , RB -2 , WR - 2, Te -1, FLX - 1, SuperFLX - 1, DP - 2, K- 1)
QB -Wentz, Newton, Ryan, Haskins (R)
RB -Zeke, Kamara, Drake, Ballage; Thompson, Ajayi
WR - D Hopkins, Julio, A. Miller, Coutee, AJ Brown (R) , Marvin Jones, Mclaurin (R),
Te -Delanie, Ebron, Oliver (R)
2020:3, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Kerryon Luggage (12 Team - 2TE PPR) ( QB -1 , RB -2 , WR - 2, Te -2, FLX - 1, SuperFLX - 1, DP - 2, K- 1)
QB - Jimmy G, Josh Allen, Mariota
RB - Kerryon, Jamaal Will, Drake, Ballage, Miles Sanders (R), Justice Hill (R), Myles Gaskins (R)
Wr - Micheal Thomas, Zay Jones, Curtis Samuel, Crowder, Coutee, Aj Brown (R), Marquise Brown (R), Keesean Johnson (R), Kelvin Harmon (R)
Te- Engram, Oj Howard, Josh Oliver (R)
2020: 3,3,3, 5

I'd do it regardless of team composition. I still expect Davis to take a big leap in 2019 but worst case and he doesn't then you have a stable of RB's you can use to trade for an elite WR option.

I've been saying this about Devante Parker for 3 years now and he still hasn't made any leap besides off to the sidelines.

I'm a Titans fan so I hope Davis makes that jump for more reasons than fantasy related. I just don't see it happening next year. They'll still run the ball 30+ times and Mariota will go 11-18 passing with 121 yds most games.

As the days go by Davis will continue to get more and more polarizing from a value standpoint. I'm still holding firm that talent will trump situation. He's the best WR prospect I've seen since Cooper (I actually like him more than Cooper coming out). It's a well known fact that most WR's take 2-3 years to develop and it's not super surprising to see Davis who came from a small school and had an injury riddled rookie year to take a couple of years to adjust to the nfl level.

There were a painful amount of times where Mariota flat out over threw or under threw Davis on wide open deep balls and that will unfortunately continue but if Davis can more consistently get open and the Titans O-line stay healthy and improve in Pass pro then I expect Mariota's stats to improve enough to make Davis a top 15 option. He's getting elite WR1 target percentage share. Davis has shown me more flashes than Parker has in his 2 years than Parker has in his 4.

P.S. I think Titans O-line will have a good chance to bounce back from all the injuries and give Mariota more time in the pocket which will help him a lot.
