I imagine the team making the trade owns Conner, so to move back 2 spots and lock up the Steelers running game for a year isn't bad at all. Especially in a weak RB class.

I disagree. You have a much better chance of getting a stud with picks 1-5 than you do 6-10. This draft class probably holds a WR1 for Cleveland (lets say K'Neal Harry) and Indy (Bryan Edwards). That still leaves Metcalf, Harmon and Brown on the board. David Montgomery or Damien Harris or --------, will be in Tampa.

Those have a decent chance of being the top 5 picks. I would much rather have one of those 5 than somebody else and Samuels.

Is it me or did you just put 8 players in your top 5? Thus proving the point that 1.7 is same tier as 1.5

I agree if I had Conner I would pay that for Samuels.. If Conner gets hurt you have a RB1/2 to step in..
