Brandin Cooks Dynasty Outlook

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Brandin Cooks Dynasty Outlook

Postby Motay316 » Mon Jan 14, 2019 8:07 pm

Trying to acquire Cooks for Team B in signature, with Woods and Kuup is Cooks someone that has upside? I’m hoping for at least WR2 production. I think I can get him for a late 1st roundpick.

If you can get him for a late 1st, it's a no brainer.

Easily. He has been a WR2 in each of the past two seasons and a WR1 in 2016 despite being on three different teams each year. LAR appreciate him enough to have traded for him and signed him to a huge deal. I'd be buying -- ESPECIALLY for a late 1st!!

Here's a good thread for reference. I dropped some cool stats in there. I'd give 3 late 1sts for Cooks

Cooks>1.01 not sure if that answers your question
In early startups, his adp is 26 (3.2)

The only one that will lose looks with Kupp coming back is Woods. But even then, with Goff throwing 30+ per game, all 3 have big upsides.

Cooks is arguably one of the best pure deep threat WR’s in the league imo. Not too sure why he has been bounced around so much! But kudos to him, as he has produced everywhere he has been.

He's a young WR2, he'll cost more than a late first, no WR this year is close to him if you can get him for that snap it up

Late 1st would be a steal. As far as his upside, I think he'll continue to produce similarly to this year and should be a good WR2.
