David Johnson trade

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

David Johnson trade

Postby bot » Sat Jan 12, 2019 8:44 am

For team in sig. Team with 1.01 has expressed some interest in DJ. Some pieces he has are:

1.01, 1.12, 2.01, 2.02, young WRs like Sutton, Gallup, Miller, Hamilton, and Evan Engram and Derrick Henry.

Is there a realistic package here that makes it worth while to trade DJ??

Hahaha yes I am aware of those other players. I guess I just assumed that everyone considered "DJ" as being David Johnson. Edited. Sorry for any confusion

I feel like DJ primarily is David Johnson so no biggie lol.

I think the 1.01 1.12 and either Engram or Sutton or Miller would be a decent haul for DJ if you are looking to rebuild.

DJ = David Johnson, I think that is well established.

You don’t seem to need WR or TE help. I’d want the two firsts, maybe even the 2.01, and Henry. You will need some depth at RB if you are moving DJ.

We all know who DJ is...lol. I think 1.01 and any one of the 3 players above is a firm trade. The Oline is an issue in AZ and won't get fixed right away.. 1.01 gets you the best back and one of those players. Start watching tapes on these rookie backs coming out. It's not as gloomy as thought earlier by most. Good luck!

I would hold DJ with Kingsbury runnning the ship and the play calling, unless you get a proven player back. I think DJ ascends back to more elites status in 2019 contingent upon AZ beefing up the O line. Especially if you play a PPR league.

His value is back on the mid range RB1 value with Kingsbury taking over.

I'd try for 1.01, Henry, Sutton. Any less than that I'd probably pass.
