Allen Robinson value

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Allen Robinson value

Postby Bjordan554207 » Sat Jan 05, 2019 2:48 pm

Team 1 in sig, the guy who owns Robinson is selling and I’m not sure where to value him or if it’s even worth for me to try and buy him since Nagy seems to be very unpredictable on who’s going to have a big game and who’s going to be Irrelevant week in and week out. What’s your opinions?

He is worth owning, but not for your starting RBs (top3) nor your 4 best WRs.
I wouldn’t mind offering Sammy though. 1 more bad year and the age wouldn’t keep his value

That was my thoughts as well. I know he wouldn’t take Sammy since I just bought him off of him for a 2nd last year since he was done with him, and this year probably wouldn’t have upped his value on him any.

Thanks for the input, always like to ask for an outside opinion.

Watkins and Ross are borderline unmovable in my league because no one wants them. I bought Sammy last year, from the Robinson owner no less, for a 2nd because he was done with him and I was the highest bidder, and it was to good of a deal to pass up.

With Ross everyone hated him after last year, and it seems I missed my sell opportunity after that preseason play he made this year, I’m sure you know the one lol, and tried shopping him mid way through the season and now no one wants him as well lol.

too funny...but Ross quietly scored 7 TDs, so i thought there might be a chance ...i get that he basically caught a TD every 3 receptions...obviously, Watkins is not going to get it done though...lol

As an Arob owner in one league I would sell him for a future 1st if someone offered.

I would take nearly any future 1st at this point as well. I sent him in a package for Juju a while back anyways. I have no faith that Nagy and Trubisky will make him an elite WR again right now.

He's only 25 can definitely be a true number if the targets are there id probably want more than most and would be happy to hold unless I got a great offer.

But his value is probably a mid first.

As an A.Rob owner I feel optimistic heading into 2019. He is a 25 year old WR coming off of a torn ACL and in a new scheme. Now that he's a further 12 months on from this and the Bears look like a team in the ascendancy. If Trubisky can progress again in year 3 I think this can only benefit A.Rob.

I would be more than happy to roll him out as my WR3 and based on this current draft class would be looking for a mid-high 1st (1.03 - 1.07) range to sell him.

I've always been low on the guy. I've always looked at his great season and asked if it was a fluke or if he could do it again... He hasn't and if an owner was selling him, I would probably be offering the least and wouldn't even bother

I think Robinson can be a top 15 WR.. so I would give at least two firsts for that.. but try to get Robinson for a mid 1st + a younger player that you don't truly believe in..

ARob is definitely a buy low. If Trubisky advances as he should ARob has a high floor albeit low:medium ceiling for a WR1. The main thing holding him back will be if Trubs doesn’t advance or if his share in the offense is just too spread out there. He is still younger than many other “young” stud WRs but he needs some help from his QB. He is younger than other pretty young WRs: Keenan Allen, Davante Adams, Mike Evans, Michael Thomas, OBJ, Nuk, Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods. He just turned 25, which is entering the beginning of WRs normal 4-5 year prime years of their career. Grab him now for a first if you can obviously
