I don't like either 2 or 3 years down the line but if your looking for next week and next year give me Ballage. They clearly are not fans of Drake they could have given him the keys all season then Gore goes down and he still doesn't get it

Once you’ve played this game for enough years, or been successful in your own industry for long enough, no amount of incompetence at high levels of organizations is surprising anymore. If one looks at these things from a child’s perspective then they will automatically think “well of course they would hire the best man for the job and fire anyone incompetent or underperforming.” But it just doesn’t work like that. Sometimes it is the Peter Principal, sometimes it is nepotism and good ole boys club, sometimes the catch all: “bad organizational fit.” But there are so many executives, managers, coaches making 7 figures at high levels of every industry and sport who would be outperformed by competent first year interns and bright college students; it is mind-boggling when one first discovers this truth about the world.

Yeah it's crazy how these coaches don't play their most talented players , Mia. has been frustrating me for years I can't wait until Drake and Parker are gone.. They must have had a tag team with Gase's wife it's the only thing that explains it.

Drakes use is the most disappointing I have seen this year. Adam Gase is a genius, he made Cutler shine for one year. Sure.

anyway...i have Ballage stashed on a couple teams, so i have some hope...but is anyone worried about Bolden...he has done pretty well in the limited use..

I don’t buy it. If by talented you mean “runs fast” then sure, but I don’t really think he’s that technically skilled as a running back. To me he lacks the physicality, power, vision and patience that I like to see. He also tries to hit the home run way too much and takes too many unnecessary losses. He’s great in space but to me that’s about it.

The next man up here is Ballage.

Yea. I owned him for the first 6ish weeks this year after taking a chance on him in the start up draft. But after actually getting to know his game it seems clear to me he’s not a feature kinda guy.
