Josh Adams value

Where is his value right now? His future value has to be kind of capped with Ajayi back next year right?

Ajayi is an unrestricted free agent. I think it is fairly unlikely that Philly brings him back.

He really doesn't carry much value. You'd need to be in a really bad spot to start him in the playoffs this week on the road against Cowboys. And next year, Philly is almost certain to bring someone in ahead of him.

For what its worth in standard 12 team PPR leagues, I traded him 3 times for the following:
2020 2nd
2019 Mid/Early 2nd
Lindsay/late 2nd for Edelman/EArly 3rd on contender

Mid 2nd for me. His vision and ability to work through traffic is really good. Grabbing a 3rd and getting a potential lesser player seems probable.

own him and have had no interest in a few leagues. id offer a 3rd if i "had to own him" at this point.

I'd want any 2nd I can get for him, wouldn't trade him for a 3rd unless its the 3.01 just because by the time you get ot the 3rd round in rookie drafts those picks are already nearly worthless. I do think he is just a placeholder for whoever the Eagles bring in. We see guys like him pop up each and every year and each and every year those same guys disappear and people who wasted early 2nds on him are kicking themselves in the butt. Alex Collins 2017....Ty Montgomery 2016....

As a buyer I wouldn't spend more than a 3rd. As a seller I'd want a 2nd.
