Sony, Hunt, and D. Freeman

I've been trying to buy Sony since before the draft. The owner is currently in last place and I'm looking for a playoff run. This is for team 2 below- Best Ball Scoring.

Give: D. Freeman, Hunt, Godwin
Receive: Sony, C. Samuel

What do you guys think?

Agreed. Although I wouldn't trade my Sony share for Hunt, it's still an overpay

I can't imagine many people giving up Sony for Hunt right now.
What about just Hunt and Freeman for Sony? Would anyone do that?

People have such short memories. Freeman was RB14 with missing multiple games last season.

Sony>Hunt yes, I'd say by an early 2 late 1, but Godwin and Freeman are worth a first or so a piece whereas samuels is a flyer at this point

I think it's closer to fair due to recent circumstances. It's probably a slight overpay, but I don't think I'd move Sony if any of the other pieces were removed.

People have such short memories. Freeman was RB14 with missing multiple games last season.

Had to look back to last year and was actually surprised to see Freeman finished that high. But looking a little closer, it was driven by a huge week 2&3. IF you just look to week 5 onwards (so factor in everyone's bye), Freeman was only the RB33. I was high on him coming into the year and wanted him everywhere I could in redraft, so that burn could be factoring in.

Personally though, I feel it looks like the cliff is looming - RB often (not always) have a shorter life span as a "studs" in the NFL - so with the injuries seemingly mounting I'd be looking to offload if I could. I'd hope not everyone felt that way though, otherwise you'd never find a trade partner!
