Girlfriend wants Team Advice

So my girlfriend is in her first dynasty league this year. She beat me the first week and I kicked her out. Kidding... I let her back in

Anyways, to her credit, she hasn't done too bad. She was able to pick up Brock Osweiler and trade him fairly quickly. She's been give some BS offers that she turned down and played it cool. She doesn't really use my help other than "why can't I do this" in regards to the app.

She asked me to post her roster on the "forum thing you like" and get some advice.

Same requirements/information as league 2 in my sig. SUPERFLEX.

Her roster:
QBs: Aaron Rodgers, Derek Carr, Josh Allen
RBs: Melvin Gordon, Jordan Howard, Tarik Cohen, Chris Thompson
WR/TE: Allen Robinson, Jarvis Landry, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Donte Moncrief, Josh Reynolds, Pierre Garcon, Austin Hooper, Eric Ebron, Evan Engram
Picks: 1st (currently 1.2), 2nd (2.11 currently), two 3s (3.2 / 3.4 currently), 5th (5.2 currently)

Her outstanding offers sent to her:
Three for Aaron Rodgers:
1. Marcus Mariota / 1st (1.1 currently)
2. Baker Mayfield / 1st (1.3 currently)
3. Jarvis Landry / 2019 1st (late)

For MVS and 2nd (2.11 currently):
Royce Freeman / 3rd (currently 3.7)

Her question: what should she do next? She likes Baker a lot but knows Aaron Rodgers is "the best QB sort of" when he plays well (her words) so she doesn't want to just give him away. Alas, comments, suggestions, and feedback all welcome.

I would move Rodgers for the Baker package. She is going to have to live with the games Rodgers blows up in next year but she really needs the WR help too. The pick should afford her a good WR prospect and a solid QB moving forward. I would also try to move Howard, Robinson and or Landry and cash in on Ebron. I don't think she has a roster that will compete for a while, so I would move the pieces listed for picks over the next couple years and try to build through the draft a bit. I would also make the move for Royce and hope he pans out, well worth a 3rd. Dynasty takes time to get used to, I hope she is enjoying it...it will soon be an obsession

If the pick is 100% guarantee to be the 1.01, I would sell Rodgers for the 1.01 in a heartbeat. If the pick isn't guaranteed to be the 1.01, I would rather have Mayfield + 1.03. Either way, I'd sell Rodgers quickly for Trade 1 or Trade 2.

This is already more than Rodgers is worth in 1QB. I doubt she's going to get a better offer than that.

Agreed, I would make that deal for Rodgers in a heartbeat. He could very easily rebound next year but Rodgers is not the top QB for dynasty anymore

I thought those were 2 desperate deals I guess ha ha. I would NOT move MVS + pick for Royce and a pick at this point. Her roster is a bit shallow at WR and RB.

There's a pretty good chance that the Mayfield pick and Mariota pick will be somewhere in the top 3. She likes Mayfield way more than Mariota though. She actually called Mayfield as the top pick back in March when she saw an interview with him. She's rain man in that sense.

She offered Robinson/Landry for Mike Evans but got shot down on that one. She tried lol

I missed that this is superflex in my original post. You might want to highlight that in your original post. I would still sell Rodgers for Mayfield + an early 1st in superflex, but I would NOT sell for Mariota + early 1st.

2.) Wanna explain why she has three TE's on her team, in a league where you don't have to start a TE?!?!? WTF? Is this a TE Premium league where TE's are worth 10 points ppr?

Sell all the TE's for whatever you can get. Unless you have guys like Ertz, Kelce, or maybe Kittle, give me a WR for those spots, they score more points than TE's.....

3.) Her RB2 and WR's are atrocious. She needs a lot of help. So she shouldn't do anything drastic, slowly rebuild through the rookie draft.

4.) To be honest, that team is not good, and she doesn't really have any good young pieces either, but if she gets Mayfield, plus a second early 1st, she will be looking much better.

She has three TEs because women in the league get a 50 pt bonus when a TE has a target. Very unique scoring. Actually, two were trade throw-ins.

Sounds like a weird scoring system to me....but in a typical SF I think the 1.03 more than enoguh makes up the difference between Baker and Arodge. I'd make this move pretty quick
