This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Advice for a championship run

Postby Oh Yeah Leon » Wed Nov 21, 2018 7:24 am

Team/league in sig. So it's basically coming down to myself and one other team. Here are his projected starters:
QB Mahomes
QB Brady
RB Saquan
RB 4Nett
WR D. Adams
WR Tyreek
WR Woods
WR Edelman
TE Hooper
TE Andrews or Goedert or Everett

Mine:
QB Brees
QB Luck
RB Mixon
RB Chubb
WR Hopkins
WR Evans
WR TY
Flex C. Davis or TreQuan or Breida
TE Burton
TE Engram or Ebron

I think his starters are better than mine, so I'm looking to make a move. Have talked to the AB owner and have plans to make an offer for Ertz. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Your WRs are fine. I think you need to focus on RB. Barkley/Fournette >> Mixon/Chubb. Long term it's a lot closer but this year the gap is significant.

Yeah....RB's are so hard to get in this league, I've tried getting one of significance......but it's basically a waste of time. So in turn I've moved on to bolstering my flex with a WR or upgrading TE.

i think your RBs match up well. i would do like you said and aim for AB/julio and then if you can add ertz thats great but i would think his price would be too high, i would try for gronk on the cheap and hope he can get studly these last few weeks, if healthy he would be a major boom to a title contender.

heck see what up with thielen, if owned by a bad team hes a great target.

Offer Engram, Davis, Tre'Quan, 2020 1st, and Guice for AB and Ertz. If you think that's too much, take out a player or pick and start with that.

Well, got the deal done with AB. Traded my 2020 1st, TraQuan, Collins, Cole for AB and a 2020 3rd. Obviously like my side of the deal.....I will want to get back in to that 2020 1st in the future.

Nice trade and think it'll definitely go a long way this year against that team. Still worried about your RB's because I'd take his any day of the week but if its a 1 week show down anything can happen. Just pray Tyreek doesn't go off.

He’s going to kill you. You need to get Kelce and hope to minimize Mahomes destruction of you. He’s got that hill stack. Hoping for a Kelce game is your only hope. Similarly you could target Hunt hard.
