D'Onta Foreman

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

D'Onta Foreman

Postby JJRules » Wed Nov 14, 2018 1:30 pm

I know folks here are pretty split on Foreman, and I'm on the side that loves him.

That said, is there anybody on this team who you would drop to pick him up? RBs are tough to come by and his potential is exciting. I'm thinking MVS is probably my best drop here, but not sure it's really worth it.

QB: Watson, Luck
RB: Mixon, Kerryon, Cook, Guice
WR: Adams, ARob, Kupp, Golladay, Kirk, MVS
TE: Howard, Henry
D/ST: WAS
K: Zuerlein

10-team, non-PPR
10-team Superflex, 0.5 PPR, 15-man rosters, pseudo-dynasty
Keep any number of players (0-15), lose same number of draft picks
2010, 2015, 2020 - 🏆, 2013 - 🥈

QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, SF, FLEX, D/ST

QB: Dak, Watson
RB: Swift, Robinson Jr, Singletary, Brown, Hubbard, Zeus, Herbert
WR: Wilson, Olave, Pickens, Aiyuk
TE: Pitts, LaPorta

He was activated today, so we could get a good look at him over the next several weeks. Given the importance of strong RBs and my love for the kid, I would rather watch it with him on my bench.

If Foreman is your guy and you think he is worth the add then go for it.

That league is too shallow if MVS is your best drop, but I would much rather keep MVS

If you think he's your guy go for it...personally I don't think he makes an impact this year and the coaches have been downplaying him all season. MVS could be the next Davante Adams and worth ALOT, more than likely Foreman is just another guy after his injury that doesn't do much. More likely than not the Texans move on from Miller this off season and bring in a guy in FA or draft a top talent. I doubt they rely on an unconditioned and unproven after injury foreman moving forward.

I wouldn't drop any of those guys for him. That's gotta suck having that short of a bench, with a 10 team league and you still have run a kicker and DST out there.
Just watch it

RB Bijan, Etienne, Pacheco, Rhamondre, K. Herbert, Jamaal Williams, Dillon, Jeff Wilson, Gus Edwards, Chase Edmonds, Chuba, K. Ingram, Pierre Strong, Kevin Harris, Haskins, Brittain Brown, Chase Brown

I wouldn't drop anyone for him. If you really want him, trade a WR for a pick and then pick him up.
