IDP price check...Darius Leonard

Any one seen any recent completed trades involving Leonard or thoughts on what you would buy or sell him for?

Interesting thread, the one IDP league I'm in people don't often trade defensive players and typically they are devalued because the sheer amount of middle of the pack LB/DB's that can produce similar enough to the top guys kind of like QB's. BUT man oh man Leonard has been on an absolute tear this year. I'm sorry I can't help your question but I'm keeping an eye on this thread for what others think

Depends on your settings to be honest. I’m in an IDP league where we start 9 defensive players, and can start as many as 5 LBs. I have Leonard and he’s the #1 defensive player overall. I’ve had a few inquire about him, but honestly I have no desire to trade him. He’s going to be a stud for the next several years, and because of how many guys we play on defense, he’s very valuable. I would need a massive overpay that no one is going to give.

Don't own him anywhere but if I did and I'm competing he's not moving anywhere unless I'm blown away by an offer
Note: blown away is league dependent, in one I'd snatch a first for him and in another he's into the stud skill player value as he's the #1 player overall where you need 11 D and 5 can be LBs

In my league he's matching up pointwise with Hunt and Tyreek.., I'd have to way overpay to get him and not willing to do so.

A rebuilding owner in my league - a 32 team single copy league at that - who had traded several good players for 2s, 3s, and 4s offered me Leonard for 2 1s and 2 2s. I countered with a 1 and was rejected. I think he’s worth more than that (but not 2 1s and 2 2s), but this guy gave away his whole team for awful returns so I thought it may work. Ah well.

My team in that league is utter garbage but I had a good 18 draft so will take my chances with my multiple 1st and 2nd round picks in 19.

He missed one game and still has scored more then Hunt. If I owned him I'd need a lot to move him as he's in a ideal situation right now.

I recently rejected an offer about a (late) first and Austin Ekeler for Leonard.
When i would not be contending this season (and the other guy also), i would have thought about this, but for now it was an easy decline. This guy could be a League Winner this year, at least for my defense.
(12 teams PPR League, 9 IDP starter, 2-5 of them LBs)

Lb's can score just as much as WR's and RB's.
We can start 4 LB's.

That would be a fantastic sell high of Leonard.

Completely depends on league scoring. I have him in all three of my idp leauges, I'm basically the best I know. In the one with the highest scoring for defensive players he is currently 16th overall in the entire league, Kamara is 17th. I wouldn't be looking to move him at all in that league and would take a massive overpay for me to move him. It's a superflex league and he is outscoring Ben, Cam, and Watson for some examples.

In my other two leagues where IDP scoring isn't as high he is still 39th (ahead of Julio, AB, and Micheal Thoms) so he still would carry a huge price tag. In my last league he is 61st and Yeldon is 60th, I'd move him for Kerryon here pretty easily.
