I would do either. Seems like you are rebuilding? Are they coming to you? Do you need WR or RB more?

Personally I'd take Mixon deal and I'm high on Henry as well. Could possibly get a pick added if they are trying to get AB to compete

No chance on the first trade. That’s selling AB for pennies...and I like Mixon.

The second one is closer, and if you are rebuilding, then it’s a pretty decent start. I think it is a little light for AB but not insulting.

If those are contenders coming to you, try and get a late first out of it. Or a 2020 first from them. I'd even let your league know you are shopping AB and see if you can't get a bidding war going. This also assumes that you aren't contending and are rebuilding.

I actually think it's about that time to cash out on AB. You should still get good value for him, but I see some slippage in his game.

I’m assuming that your not competing and that is why your looking to move him. I’d want the first deal of the two.
