Trade offer for CMC - New offer on table

I got an offer from an owner in my league:

I give: CMC
I get: Dalvin Cook & 2019 1st (which after this trade will end up being bottom 6 of draft I think)

Based on my lineup and depth, my gut says to decline because I need CMC right now and Cook hasn't looked good this year. If Cook comes back and plays like he has shown he can it could be a wash value-wise at the end of the season but right now CMC is worth more.

I want to decline but wanted to see what some general thoughts are as well.

Instant Decline. CMC is worth three firsts in my book. Cook and a mid to late 1st would not do it for me. Cook is not expected to play again this weekend, and who knows when he will be back. CMC is a year younger than Cook and more talented.

Value is definitely on the Cook side, but who cares? You're contending and need McCaffrey. I'd pass unless you have another trade lined up to get more RB help.

I wouldn't move CMC for Cook and a 1st. Cook has gone down in value a decent bit with the injuries. He's had the injury bug dating back to highschool/college.

CMC is a way better talent than Cook. No way does a late 1st bridge the gap. CMC will be a top five RB in this league for many years to come. Cook has played a TOTAL of 7 games in two season now. And he's currently injured. Even if I was offered Cook and two firsts, I'd probably turn it down.

I think that is worse than the initial offer. Golladay is a stud and Carson has a decent hold on the SEA backfield atm. I'd hold if I were you, I don't like either move given your situation.

That's really close for me. I think I'd take Gordon and go for a title given your WR depth and the uncertainty around Bell.

I like the new offer as well. Gordon is averaging almost 8 points more than CMC, which is huge. And Golladay is a nice player, but I still think Cook is worth more (and even if they're close, I still think Gordon helps more). Carson doesn't do a whole lot for me.

I think CMC is more valuable in dynasty to me than Gordon long term, but if you want to win now, and if Cook DOES by the grace of God come back later this season, the second deal makes sense. I would seriously look at the possibility that the trade ends up being for just Gordon this year though, as Cook has shown he can't handle injuries and is too soft to get cortisone shots and play.
