Year 1 of a Rebuild

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Just dealt Sanders for a 1st round pick to a contender. Can't believe he gave me a first, but I'll take it. I now have 2 1st round picks (one early, one late) and a late 2nd. Nobody in my league seems to want to deal a 1st for White. Frankly, I'm not sure I want to trade him for less than a 1st. Dude's been $ with or without Michel in the lineup. I may be able to get an early 2nd for him...that's as low as I'll go.

I'd keep Jimmy GQ as he's injured so not going to get a return, and should be solid. I'd keep Kupp and Cole. Otherwise, I'd be selling everything else - and if you got an offer for the aforementioned three, sell them too. If you really like some of those players, keep them and build around them, but none really stand out to me as being players to build a dynasty around, especially in a 10-teamer.

You seem to be doing well so far, I think Cooper and Davis are a hold atm and hope for a turn around. I might have held white until a contender came calling but that doesn't matter now.

I think you need to start selling in package deals for better youth and 2020 draft picks. You desperately need some talent at RB and should sell pretty much anyone. Hold Jimmy G, Cooper, and maybe ARob. For the love of god try and move some TEs for a young stud or even Gesiki.

RB: Zeke, Mixon, AP, Guice, Penny, Henry
WR: Nuk, Evans, Allen, Sutton, Mike Williams, Kirk, Cole, MVS

Really young. Definitely needs time and RB... but get those last once the rest of the team is rolling

i don't like the trade...
edit: hmmm, didn't see a few of these posts...the trade i am referring to was the one sending coleman and white in a package....
i actually like the moves you have made so far....

they have been pretty brutal on your team, i don't think it is that bad..your RBs are definitely your weakest position and from what others say, you will probably not get much help on that front in the 2019 draft...so i might try to buy low on guys like penny and royce freeman...especially if their owner is contending...perhaps you can send both sanders and edelman for either

get rid of manning...he shouldn't be on a 10 team 1QB league roster...pick up anyone on the ww (Deon Cain? DeSean Hamilton? Trey Quinn? Chris Warren?)

good luck...rebuild is fun
team 1 -start QB RB 2WR TE 2RB/WR 1WR/TE
qbs=5pt tds wr/te=1 ppr rbs=.5ppr all get .25ppc
Watson, Brady, Mills
Ekeler, Hunt, Carson/Penny, DForeman, Mitchell, CPat, Kyren, Ford, KHarris
Cooper, sutton, Chase, Shepard, Atwell, Schwartz, Wan'Dale, Austin III
Gesicki, Engram, Hooper, Woods
team 2 -start QB 2RB 3WR TE 2Flex K D
Cousins, Stafford
DH JT, Ekeler, Kylin Hill, Herbert, KHarris, Chandler
Hopkins, Diggs, Adams, Godwin, McLaurin, Callaway, DPJ, Robby Anderson, Schwartz, Pierce, Wan'Dale, Doubs
Kelce, Andrews, Jacob Harris

Trade anything you can. I’d keep Garoppolo & Kupp, everyone else, I move if I can. I’d especially move Cooper before he starts dropping the ball & mailing in games again.
Team 1

QB- Carr, Mac
RB- Kamara, Patterson, Swift, Ingram, Foreman, Breida
WR- M Thomas, Metcalf, Keenan, Bourne, AB, Waddle, Green, D-Jax, Landry, St. Brown
TE- Waller, Hockenson
K- Tucker
D- Miami
Start: QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, TE, WR/RB, WR/TE, K, D

No sense doing this. You won't get anything of value for him and he's still young with some potential
Lol. I respectfully disagree. I’d take a 3rd for him if I had him. He’s garbage.
