What's up all, 10 team league with DEEP starting requirements as follows:

2QB/4WR/2RB/TE/FLEX.

I am desperate for RB, so I made a smallish move to acquire a few. Here goes:

Gave: 2nd round pick(projected late, as I'm 5-1 in 2nd place)/Antonio Callaway

Got: Lesean Mccoy/Latavius Murray.

I know it's not a blockbuster, but just wondering everyone's opinion. Was it worth it for my squad? Team is sig!

Yea not bad but you dont have Cook so hes kinda useless

Not a blockbuster so you don't have too much to lose or gain. I don't think Shady will be a great option this year and definitely not next but he is an upgrade. If I were you I'd look to see what RB you can get for Julio or package Julio+1st for a really good Rb. Yes Julio is a stud but he's coming up on 30 and whatever great Rb you can get for him will surely be a bigger upgrade from Lynch or Mike Davis than the downgrade from Julio to Kenny G or Golden Tate.

Not a huge fan of this trade, but not terrible either. Hopefully McCoy produces well and helps you compete, but I'm not sure Murray is someone I would have gone after.

I think that is a great trade. Getting McCoy for a 2nd and callaway I think is great value - I've offered similar in both leagues and gotten an "offended" response.

Lol, yup. I lost in the finals last year because Crabtree and Alshon both goose egged me. I'm currently 5-1 and in second place. I have Marshawn, but he's on bye, and I just am desperate for someone at the position. I didn't see myself winning it all without at least someone. He might break down, but at least he gives me hope.

Not necessarily. Cook is proving to be SUPER injury plagued this year. Possibly one wrong hit from several week hiatus, etc. Not to mention, he wasn't the epitome of health last year. Latavius could be a GREAT add should that happen. Definitely a top handcuff imo.

Appreciate the feedback. Julio's my ride or die haha. The only player still on my team from our startup draft 8 years ago. He goes nowhere. I either win a championship with Julio, or die telling the tale.

Thanks for your input. Again though, like I mentioned I do really like Latavius standalone value as a handcuff.

Guys like Callaway come along all the time and a late 2nd rarely hits. Getting McCoy was a nice get, I think he has plenty left.
