I'm not sure what some people think RoJo is worth right now. He's certainly not worth a first, even if you don't want to sell for less. Getting the guy who is comfortably ahead of him on the depth chart (and young), an upside TE, and a pick at worst a round lower than RoJo's value, isn't that terrible given what his value is. Do i like the pieces? No. Would I accept the offer? No. That doesn't mean that it is that terrible though, it just means that I'm willing to hold and pray.
