Was just offered Peyton Barber, Ricky Seals-Jones and a 3rd for Ronald Jones II. Thoughts?

12 team. PPR. Rebuilding roster.

If you have Ronald Jones in dynasty I imagine you invested a high pick to get him. There is nothing there in that trade worth any value to a rebuilding team long term. Barber isnt good, I don't consider RSJ to be one of the better young TEs, and a 3rd round pick isn't anything. Hold and hope

That's a serious "I'm trying to buy low" offer. I think if you are still holding Rojo you have to keep holding it at this point

I think you have to keep Rojo over that offer. Even if he doesn’t become fantasy relevant you have to take the chance on him over what you would be getting.

Unless someone is offering you a 2019 1st then there is zero point to sell RoJo. You made a bad pick in your rookie draft and that's unfortunate but at this point you might as well go down with the ship than accept pennies on the dollar. RoJo had a terrible pre-season and couldn't even be active the first 4 weeks. Yes that is terrible. Is it guaranteed he can't overcome that and become a solid fantasy option? Hell no. He's about to be the starter this week and could show flashes. Not every rookie comes out of the gate swinging.

That's a terrible offer. Jones is a rookie and will take some time to develop... but his potential upside is a lot higher than what you are getting in return.

Thanks for all the responses. I only took over the team a few weeks ago so i didnt draft him. Im not really a fan but kind of figured that offer still didnt make any sense.

Yeah I wouldn’t give up on him. We haven’t even really got to see what he can do yet. This week he has a favorable matchup, also coming off a bye week.

I would give a projected late 2nd / early 3rd for him right now.

Terrible drop in value since July, I know, but it's not rational to pay more than that right now. We'll see how he looks tomorrow.

Nice to see Barber finally put up some solid fantasy points today. He and Enunwa were my two favorite late round targets this year.
