Why do people consider 1sts 2+ years away? Only way I’d even consider 1sts that far out is if I had the deepest bench stashes. Those 1sts need to be 2019 or you need a solid WR added instead of those future 1sts. If you move Evans you leave your WR core in bad shape. So I’d be looking for a WR & RB package. Your QBs are fine for a 1QB league

Wouldn't bank on 2020 or 2021 firsts being top 5. Not enough for Evans. If those are top 5 firsts in 2019 then I think it's fine, but not 2020/21.
