Where to value combo (penny/carson) 20 team

Where should i value a rashaad penny, chris carson combo in a 20 team .5ppr dynasty league? Hes asking for Hayden Hurst, Jordan Wilkins, my 2019 1st (most likely playoff team) and my 2020 2nd rounder.
