Looking like my team has finally hit the dreaded rebuild stage I really thought I had a contender but boy was I fooled. Who would you keep and who would you try and trade and drop.?

I’d try to trade Cousins or Goff which ever you can get more for

Move LF once he starts playing again with some big games. Green is a sell, you should be able to maybe snag someone like Cooks straight up.

I’d move DT for a 1st I’d offer it to every team to see if someone bites or go for someone like MWilliams

This team does not appear to have ever been a contender. I think part of it is your strategy seems to be a little off. It's hard to say because you don't give any details such as league size or if it is a TE premium league, etc. But based on what you have posted:

1. It's a 1QB league. QBs are not worth much in a 1QB league. You don't need all three of those guys. I would look to move one and would not have all three of them in the first place.

2. It looks like you don't have to start a TE. If that's the case, TE's basically become worthless, and yet you have three, two of which are young, high upside guys. Not necessary. I would also look to move them, but I doubt they are worth much.

3. You need help at RB. I am not a Fournette fan. Sure the dude has high upside, but he's on track to miss more games than he has played in. I have no problem if you want to keep him, but I personally would sell high. Ajayi is your next best RB, and he's more of an RB3 for me. I would look to upgrade for a better RB2.

4. You need WR help. Kupp has been solid, and is young. AJ Green is solid, but he's also 30. I'd look to trade Green and get some nice young pieces, maybe even a pick as well. I traded Green this year for CMC. Your team would be better off in the future with someone like CMC than with Green. Kupp, Cole, and Callaway are the only WRs I would keep.

it seems that you only have 22 man rosters, there has to be some players on the ww (Cain? DaeSean Hamilton?) that i would rather stash on my roster than a 2nd D
i would move Cam...i like Goff more and i think you can get more for Cam than Cousins
it is really difficult to move QBs in 1QB leagues...i moved Wilson and 2nd for 1st in mine (that team is 0-4 now) and i am starting Mahomes each week, so even though i was shredded on here...i love the trade
i would move DT, i would move Fournette (i sold Fournette for Guice and a 1st... i feel good about that too)..
i would move Ajayi, but it might be too late now.. can you get someone like Foreman and 1st? a big risk, but that is what this game is about
i would need more for AJG than DT... you could aim for guys like Kirk/Sutton and 1st

depending on who is available on the ww, i would just drop KB...sadly..but if you can get a 3rd or 4th...just take it

D Henry to the Lewis owner? could you get a WR and 2nd? would need to see the roster
