Boston Scott outlook?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Boston Scott outlook?

Postby jman3134 » Thu Sep 20, 2018 12:04 am

He just hit waivers in my league and I opted for JMatt and De'Lance Turner instead to start. But, I loved his preseason tape and would want to roster him if possible.

What is his long term outlook? Why is he only on the practice squad?

He was released and then brought back to the team and placed on the practice squad. So, clearly the Saints like him. I’d consider him a very deep league stash. He obviously won’t get you anything this year (unless injuries occur), but maybe he takes over the Ingram role next year.

Unless another team has several injuries to their RBs and snatches him from NO's practice squad, he won't have any fantasy value for a while.

He's WW material. Pick up a Malcomn Brown/Alfred Blue type player and drop Scott.

He has about as much to offer as the city of Boston itself.
