Superflex: worth it to drop down to one qb?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Superflex: worth it to drop down to one qb?

Postby punintended » Wed Sep 19, 2018 5:29 pm

Guy has voiced interest in tannehill and is thinking

I give:

Tannehill, Henry and a first

I get
Mike Evans

Problem is I only have Wentz and Jameis and tannehill. So that puts me in a bind...worth it? Don't see this as an overpay but it hurts not having even 2 QBs with Jameis being suspended - no formal offer but he threw it out as something he may wanna do

Already have Keenan, ARob and Tate so not hurting too bad at wr. My RBs are Gurley, Mixon, Henry and michel

I'd do it and then either flip Evans for a much better QB or move another WR for a QB.

Not worried about having to start michel either? I agree I think it could be a big win just worried I handicap myself too much this year and it's so tough prying QBs from people in 2QB or superflex

I'm sure you can find a stop gap RB for a couple of weeks until Mixon gets back. The value is too good to pass up on. Take the trade and worry about the other stuff after.

Yeah you have to take that based on value, but I’d be looking to add a qb soon after. Maybe try for like a dalton/Carr/Keenum type who will be cheaper

Ditto. Best player in the deal is Evans and I always want the best player involved in any trade. I’d even try Tannehill, Henry and a 3rd rd pick, eventually working to Tann, Henry and a 2nd and hold your first.
