I made an offer of Evans/Jordan Howard to all of the owners that own Gurley/Zeke/DJ/Bell during the training camp this off season and get rejected on each offer with no counter. I believe the DJ owner is Panicking after these past 2 weeks as I woke up with Evans/Howard for DJ in my inbox this morning. Now I do not think I am going to accept this as I am seriously concerned with DJ's usage up to this point this season and am having flashbacks to Gurley ala 2016.
I was think about making a Counter offer of Howard/Evans/DJ Moore for DJ/Tyreek Hill. Is there a decent chance this offer gets accepted? I know some are high on Tyreek right now but I believe most in my league have valued Evans higher than Tyreek coming into the season and while Tyreek has boomed in week 1 so has Evans.

What if instead of DJ Moore I went with Watkins? OR instead of Tyreek I asked for Jarvis. OR just Evans straight up for DJ? I'm hesitant on DJ right now but Evans is currently my WR4.

Im super low on DJ. He came into the league old for a rookie. Ive never owned a share of him - intentionally. I don't think he will ever be a top 5 RB again and havent thought it for 2 years. So my offers might seem low. Im also higher than most on Howard and Watkins. I'm probably on par when in comes to C davis. He worries me.
Personally I wouldnt give any of my 2 suggestions here for DJ if I was your team, I would hold tight. But if you're a fan, and he's nervous. Offer those. and if he declines, hold tight, or you will show too much interest and he will keep playing hardball.
he came to you. let him keep coming. Counter that once, and now once again. But after this, dont counter again or you wont have the leverage of him being worried, he will think youre genuinely interested.
