CMC trade question

Hey guys, got a very interesting and intriguing offer for CMC. Here's the offer:

2019 1st (likely top 3), if pick isn't 1.01, I also get his 2020 1st
2019 1st (likely bottom 3), if pick is 1.09 or later, also get his 2020 2nd

So it's theoretically 3 1sts and a 2nd... If it's only 2 firsts it's because one of them is 1.01.

As far as league and team... Standard PPR settings... I'm definitely in rebuild mode with 3 1sts already next year and no real cornerstone positional players that have emerged... Very ugly RB situation but not trying to contend this year anyway
