Marquise Goodwin

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Marquise Goodwin

Postby BunkMcnulty » Sun Sep 02, 2018 6:14 pm

I’m looking to acquire Marquise Goodwin in a 12 Team PPR dynasty to fill my WR 3/4 spot behind Julio and AB at least until Alshon and Edelman are able to play. Would paying a late 2019 first be too much or do you think it’s not enough? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Also, my team is a strong contender

I'd try to get him for two lower round picks. Save the first as a last option.

I think a late first is a little heavy. Hard to give other advice not knowing your team or draft picks

i own goodwin and would be hard to let go for a late first and would not take a 2nd round pick but a first would get me thinking and might accept

i would not call anyone counting on goodwin a "strong contender"....that doesnt mean that he isnt useful or perhaps he has a huge year....but dont fool yourself into thinking that adding him right now behind julio and ab for a future 1st is the missing piece.

I’d sell my shares of him for a late 1st. I’d also buy him for that. Although depending on who else is on the trade block and what other ammo you have, you may be able to acquire an older WR with a safer floor for a slightly higher price. ala Fitzgerald or DT.
All my teams suck. And I'm not in your league.

for what it's worth i'm high on him and just traded for him with a late 2019 1st. it was easier though since i had 3 firsts.
