Depends on your needs really - Your depth at TE - and if you are trading for Hogan - then what do your WR look like? In a vacuum I'd probably look for mid-to early 2nd (at the least) in addition to Hogan.

i probably wouldnt move Njoku for hogan for any reason...id want a first or be willing to add to Njoku for a better player

I'm lower on Hogan than most, so I prefer Njoku, but not sure anything should be added to either side.
