Im fairly new to dynasty so I decided to take over someones team. I have two 1st rounders in 2019 rookie draft as well as all my other picks. Here is my team below. In your opinion should I do a full rebuild or stay the course. This is a 16 team PPR league

Not terrible in a 16 team league but I don't think you can compete with that team. Next time I'd organize the players in the order you value them, makes it easier to help when we don't have to dig through your lists for the good ones.
