I’d say no. Right now your team is built to win. Gronk is worth much more than Njoku and a 2nd. Also assuming the team is rebuilding with the 2.2 and they may not want to acquire Gronk. I’m holding and going for it.

you have a super win now team, what in the hell good does this trade do you? hurts you this season but helps you in 2 years? not the way to do it, when you got a chance to win you try to win. otherwise you are paying dues year after year to finish 3rd or 4th.

I think the offer is more than fair, just not sure it makes a lot of sense for your team...unless you think Njoku puts up TE1 numbers this season.

I would do the new offer, but I'm not a Gronk guy. If he stays healthy all year you come out on the short end of this teade, but I like Njoku to put up TE1 numbers.

I like this move. I think you have a shot to compete without Gronk, and the value is worth it. It does hurt your "this year" chances though.
