Taywan Taylor on WW - how much is he worth?

Taywan Taylor is available on my league's Waiver Wire (10 team somewhat shallow rosters), and I'm trying to figure out how much to bid on him.

My team is pretty stacked at WR, but I'd love to keep adding young talent. Taylor has turned heads this off-season and just had another electric performance in pre-season. Is he the real deal or just another flashy player that never translates into consistent production?

We have $100 annual budget - how much should I spend on Taylor?

As much as you have. A starting WR on the WW, ,make sure you get him, assuming the WW doesn't have a ton of other talent. He's worth a 2nd round rookie pick, wouldn't you give up all your BB dollars for that? I would.

i would drop demarco murray for him as for how much? it depends, i would pay $8 for him...it seems that in a shallow 10 team league, other ww treasures will surface and i wouldn't want to break the bank..

Tough to know. Truly depends on the way your leaguemates bid which you would only know. With the amount of buzz he’s getting right now, I’d be prepared to spend. I’d say at least $15. A guy in my 12 man league bid $30 for Callaway 2 weeks ago and we have a $100 budget

Thanks for the replies, just got done watching the game.

Did anyone else find it interesting that Taylor's first snap was Mariota's last snap of the game (his 1st TD catch)? I thought he had been running mostly with the 1's and this was a game that R. Matthews sat out due to injury. Yet he played clearly behind both T. Sharpe and N. Williams, and played well into the 3rd quarter.

Thanks all for the help - I ended up getting Taylor with a $21 bid. It was a bit of an overpay as the next highest bid was $10, but it does feel good to add him to my roster.
