Team review 10 team 1/2 ppr

Superflex league. We start: 1qb, 3wr, 2rb, 1 flex and 1 superflex. Just finished the rookie draft. As of now, my roster stands as such
Qb: Wentz, Mahomes, Trubisky, mayfield, darnold.
Rb: Hunt, cmc, penny, Michel, Crowell, Duke Johnson, nyheim Hines, Jamal Williams
Wr: Tyreek Hill, Amari cooper, Jarvis Landry, Randall Cobb, Zay Jones, Devante Parker, Albert Wilson, trequan Smith
TE: Trey burton, oj Howard, asj

I have multiple firsts in the next years, as well as young prospects on my roster. I have explored moves for Julio and AB, and was told both were untouchable. Gronk and kelce owners seem equally resistant to moving them. Should I be comfortable with this teams prospects of competing? Or should I consolidate some of these young chips into more established stands?
