If you are pretty sure he ends up as RB 8-12 in dynasty you should be really excited about it. That would be a great result for the 1.2-1.05 rookie pick.

If you are saying he could never be better than top 8-12 and has a high chance of busting then you could be more concerned and in fact that’s what many rookie picks end up doing in the mid 1st range
