RB value (sanity) check (poll)

Always looking for stashes or upside players in my deeper leagues. Reached out regarding a few players and getting some interesting valuations. Here are the RBs: Foreman, Conner, Prosise.

Now I realize there are strong opinions for each. For me, in 2019 pick value: Foreman 2nd, Conner 2nd, Prosise 3rd...maybe, 4th.
For the poll, I'm going to include some of the valuations that have been floated during discussions. Please do pick a value or offer your own.

Not sure how anyone can say Foreman is worth a future 1st. He's done nothing to warrant that type of value and tore his achilles.
