I'd rather hang onto Hogan. I don't care at all for either of the other two pieces

I like Smith's upside, but Hogan is probably worth more than him right now. Wouldn't blame anyone for making this trade, but you should be able to get something a little better.

Hogan is gonna eat this year. I take Hogan unless I'm rebuilding in which case I try to change the Barber piece to something with likely more future value.

Hogan is in a much better situation. One of the likely breakout stars this season. Smith is intriguing, but far from a guarantee with all those mouths to feed in NO.

Agree with above. Hogan is going to have a really good year. I wouldn't trade him right now even if rebuilding. I would at minimum wait until after Week 3 and sell him after 3 solid weeks. I would also want more in return if moving now though.
